align=\"center\">Estos datos corresponden al informe de Investigaci\u00f3n de Femicidios en Argentina y han sido recopilados de las Agencias informativas: T\u00e9lam y DyN y 120 diarios de distribuci\u00f3n nacional y\/o provincial as\u00ed, como el seguimiento de cada caso en los medios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">En el presente Informe de Investigaci\u00f3n de Femicidios en Argentina que abarca el periodo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">1\u00ba de Enero al 31 de Diciembre de 2014 se registran:<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>277 Femicidios y Femicidios \u201cVinculados\u201d de mujeres y ni\u00f1as.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>29 Femicidios \u201cVinculados\u201d de hombres y ni\u00f1os.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>Dato adicional: 1808 Femicidios desde el a\u00f1o 2008 al a\u00f1o 2014<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Presentaremos nuevamente el Ante Proyecto de Ley, que ser\u00e1 entregado a todos los bloques de ambas C\u00e1maras para su an\u00e1lisis y posible debate: <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Proyecto de Ley <\/strong><b>\u201cPrivaci\u00f3n de Patria Potestad del padre condenado por homicidio agravado conforme Art 80 inciso 11) del C\u00f3digo Penal de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina (Femicidio) de los hijxs en com\u00fan con la v\u00edctima\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<b>Con este Informe de Investigaci\u00f3n, estamos solicitando y remarcando la necesidad de<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Existencia de estad\u00edsticas oficiales sobre violencia hacia las mujeres incluyendo los \u00edndices de Femicidios.<\/li>\n<li>Que dentro del C\u00f3digo Penal no se quite el agravante por violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n<li>Reglamentaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos pendientes de la LEY N\u00ba 26.485, Incluido el Plan Nacional de Ley de Protecci\u00f3n Integral para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres en los \u00e1mbitos en que se desarrollen sus relaciones interpersonales.<\/li>\n<li><b>Creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n de seguimiento e informaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de las C\u00e1maras Legislativas Nacionales y Provinciales para el cumplimiento efectivo de las normas existentes en materia de violencia de g\u00e9nero. <\/b><\/li>\n<li>Apertura de Oficinas de Violencia Domestica de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en todas las provincias, tendientes a agilizar las medidas cautelares de protecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Protecci\u00f3n integral y efectiva desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero para la mujer v\u00edctima de violencia.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar el acceso a la justicia con patrocinios jur\u00eddicos gratuitos en los fueros civil y penal en todo el pa\u00eds especializado y capacitado en la tem\u00e1tica, para las mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/li>\n<li><b>Garantizar el derecho de la ni\u00f1ez con un patrocinio jur\u00eddico especializado y capacitado en la tem\u00e1tica, para que las hijas e hijos de las mujeres v\u00edctimas de Femicidio, sean representadxs y escuchadxs por la justicia.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1s Hogares\/Refugio en la emergencia, Hogares de D\u00eda para v\u00edctimas, con una asistencia interdisciplinaria desde una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, con el objetivo, de proteger en la emergencia y fortalecer a las v\u00edctimas para que puedan de esta forma rearmar un proyecto de vida libre de violencia<\/li>\n<li>Asignaci\u00f3n de un subsidio econ\u00f3mico\u00a0 equivalente a una jubilaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima por tres a\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>Asignaci\u00f3n de Presupuesto acorde para poder implementar en su totalidad\u00a0la LEY N \u00ba 26.485 \u201cLey de Protecci\u00f3n Integral para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres en los \u00e1mbitos en que desarrollen sus relaciones interpersonales\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><b>Incorporaci\u00f3n en todas las curr\u00edculas educativas de los diferentes niveles la tem\u00e1tica de violencia sexista.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Capacitaciones obligatorias a efectores profesionales que trabajen con la tem\u00e1tica de violencia en diferentes dependencias gubernamentales de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Creaci\u00f3n de un Ministerio de Igualdad de oportunidades y trato, asignar m\u00e1s presupuesto a todos los organismos que son \u00f3rgano de aplicaci\u00f3n en la tem\u00e1tica de g\u00e9nero o derechos de las mujeres y la familia,\u00a0 y plantear modificaciones en los existentes para poder brindar una asistencia integral sostenida en el tiempo. <\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Capacitaci\u00f3n obligatoria en la tem\u00e1tica de violencia de g\u00e9nero, a Fuerzas de Seguridad y Justicia. <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nEs necesario considerar a la violencia sexista, como una cuesti\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, social, cultural y de Derechos Humanos, solo as\u00ed forma se podr\u00e1\u00a0ver la grave situaci\u00f3n que viven las mujeres, ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os en la Argentina como una realidad colectiva por la que se debe actuar de manera inmediata.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A
